General terms and conditions

1.1 These general terms and conditions (GTC) shall apply to all services provided by Excelcis SARL (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to its clients (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").

1.2 The Client accepts these GTC by placing an order with the Company.

2.1 The Company provides multilingual communication services (hereinafter referred to as "the services") in various languages, as stated in its Services section.

2.2 The services shall be provided in accordance with the Client's instructions and specifications.

3.1 The prices for the services shall be as set out in the Company's information provided to Client at the time of the order, or at the time a quotation is sent to the client.

3.2 The prices shall include all applicable taxes.

3.3 The Client shall pay the Company's invoices as specified in the invoice sent by the Company, or as previously agreed with the Client at contractual level.

4.1 The Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the services by the date agreed with the Client.

4.2 The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.

5.1 The Client shall retain ownership of all intellectual property rights of the materials provided to the Company.

5.2 The Company shall use the materials provided by the Client solely for the purpose of providing the services.

6.1 The Company shall keep all information provided by the Client confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, with the exception of those parties strictly required to assist the Company in delivering the services.

6.2 The Company will treat the Client's personal data as set out in the Company's privacy policy.

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the services provided.

7.2 The Client shall indemnify the Company against any loss or damage caused by the Client's breach of these GTC.
