2.1 All data stored and transmitted by the Company is encrypted end-to-end, ensuring that only authorized parties can access it.

2.2 The Company's end-to-end encryption data storage system is regularly audited and tested to ensure its security and effectiveness.

2.3 The Company's servers are located in Switzerland in secure data centers with strict access controls and are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems, among other security functions.

2.4 The Company is trained on data privacy and security best practices and is required to sign non-disclosure agreements to protect the Client's information.

3.1 The Company has a incident response plan in place in the very unlikely case of a data breach or other security incident.

3.2 This plan outlines the steps the Company will take to respond to the incident, including notifying affected clients and regulatory authorities as required by law.

4.1 The Company will retain customer data as long as it is necessary for delivering its Services.

4.2 The Client has the right to request the Company not to retain any of the Client's data.

5.1 As stated in its General Terms and Conditions, the Company shall keep all information provided by the Client confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, except with those strictly required to assist the Company in delivering its Services.

5.2 The Company will treat the Client's personal data as set out in the Company's Privacy policy.
